READ THIS PAGE FIRST FOR EVENT DAY INFORMATION
FOR ANYTHING ELSE GET IN TOUCH.
Please help us out by reading the full page in detail and sharing it with your team before contacting us with any questions.
Even if you have attended before please read this carefully as there may have been some important changes since you last exhibited.
Any important things you need to remember, to do or to bring are highlighted in RED.
All of our business shows run from 10am until 2pm.
Exhibitors can access the event space from 8.30am on the morning of the show to setup. No access wil be granted after 10am unless previously agreed with us.
Your space will be marked out at the venue on arrival. We will be available to direct you to your space and answer any queries. Please let us know you’ve arrived when you get to the venue by letting one of the crew know.
ADVICE: USEFUL THINGS TO BRING
ADVICE: BEFORE YOU SET OFF
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Do not leave a power cable exposed on any public thoroughfare or walkway.
Do not connect any items requiring high power drain (kettle, heaters) and do not connect more than 3 items to your socket.
Please keep to your allocated space. If there are any problems in doing so please let us know.
When setting up or breaking down please be aware of other hazards around you and check that it’s safe to move about whilst many people have boxes, equipment and display materials they are setting up.
We are not expecting any inclement weather but be careful with any slippery or awkward surfaces.
We are not planning for any fire drills, so if an alarm sounds, exit the building by the nearest emergency exit that is accessible and then assemble in the car park and await instructions.
If anyone has any medical emergency or accidents, however small, please advise us immediately it is safe to do so.

DEPARTURE
You may not break down your stand or remove any exhibition displays before event close time. There is no facility to leave or store materials after the show and all stands must be vacated and cleared from the building by 4 pm.
Remember, if you leave early it often starts a domino effect with other exhibitors or leaves them isolated if you leave a vacant space. Some delegates arrive late for a reason and expect to see a full display. It’s discourteous to delegates and also fellow exhibitors leaving early.
The exit procedure for the removal of items is the same as the setup.
WiFi ACCESS
Free WiFi is available at the venue and you can log on and sign-in on the day.
Log In details will be available on arrival.
The WiFi will be very busy and if you plan to use any form of web connectivity on your stand please note we cannot guarantee continuity of service or availability of bandwidth. if it’s vital to you then use your phone to latch to your mobile signal (not the WiFi).
Your phone signal on 5G is often faster than the WiFi.
Your space is 3 metres wide and a minimum of 1.5 metres deep. We also have double and premium sized stands available too.
Your booking includes our furniture pack which includes a trestle table, a laundered cloth as well as a power outlet.
At most of our venues, the furniture pack includes a trestle or folding function table. The sizes can vary but generally they are approximately 1.8 metres long and 60cm wide.
The height restrictions do vary by venue and in some cases in different parts of the venue. However, you should assume, unless otherwise indicated, that it is at least 2.4 metres high. Please check with the organisers for ceiling height restrictions if they are important for your stand space.
Sadly, under no circumstances can anything be affixed to the floor at any time. You’ll get us into trouble with the venue!
Nothing can be affixed to any walls.
A 13 amp power outlet is included as standard.
Sorry but no. You can only use pre-ordered, pre-paid and PAT tested and certified outlets we provide. It’s a requirement of our insurers and the venue.
Neither we nor the venue can guarantee connectivity for WiFi. We do our best to provide a reasonable connection for checking emails and basic connectivity. Full details are supplied on arrival at the event.
If you are dependent on an internet connection we recommend you check cell phone signal strength and use a 4G or 5G cellular connection and tether to your mobile device wherever possible.
For most it is down to location. Premium stands are often in areas of high traffic, high visibility or have larger exhibition spaces. Check the event floor plan for full details.
Just like the song says, “there’s no limit”. The more the merrier.
No we don’t, there are no refreshments included. If you ate or drank as much as we do we’d need to be lottery winners to cover that cost. Venues almost always have a cash catering outlet open during most of the event.
We try not to move any chosen and allocated spaces, however, on rare occasions, we may have to move you to an alternative space. Check our terms and conditions for full details.
Everything you should need can be found on this web page.
